All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

  • Regional Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping option.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be subject to specific terms and conditions.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking details.

DELIVERY DELAYS

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

LyxHair is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Any additional delivery charges incurred may be the responsibility of the customer.
